My heart became hot within me. As I mused, the fire burned;
then I spoke with my tongue: "O Lord, make me know my end and what is the measure of my days; let me know how fleeting I am!"

Embarrassing
This is fairly ridiculous, a Left Behind Video game. I had many things typed out, but I've decided to simply open this up for conversation: How should we respond to this?
At the very least, it makes light of the seriousness and reality of spiritual warfare and prayer "After you kill somebody you need to recharge your soul points and to do that you need to bend down in prayer." It would also be very much based on feelings and fear, much like the books on which it is based.
I wouldn't respond to it at all. It isn't worth the steam. How ridiculous. Option one: Play a video game with spiritual undertones. Option two: Actually pray. No contest there.
Beat the game.

ReplyDeleteMicah and Emily,
ReplyDeleteDo you propose to win the game or actually physically beat the game? I think the latter would be way more fun.
I think we should respond by actually playing good games... this one got horrible reviews for gameplay.
ReplyDeleteHere's an addicting little web flash game, tower defence: http://onemorelevel.com/games.php?game=415
